Antibody Array is a high-throughput ELISA-based platform that can profile protein expression of hundreds of proteins from various samples (cell, tissue, serum, plasma, and culture media) with single array. In particular, it can profile phosphorylation of protein by using Phospho antibody array.

Our LC-MS/MS Proteomics service is based on bottom-up proteomics method. In this service, proteins are extracted from various types of samples given by clients. Extracted proteins are then digested to peptide level, and is followed by ionization process of MS instruments. Analyzed data from MS is matched with official online protein databases to identify and quantify as many proteins as possible. Proteomics with High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HR-MS) can provide protein identification and quantification with high accuracy depending on the analysis method. This experiment can detect from few hundreds to few thousands of protein level depending on sample types and species.

The LC-MS Metabolomics service is an analysis service that can detect metabolites from the samples in the order of abundance for the purpose of identifying and quantifying metabolites. After the analysis consultation, we will provide you with sample pre-treatment, LC-MS experiments, and data analysis services.
